Chispa is a youth-led organisation that acts as a catalyst to enable young people's potential in Gloucester. We make it an exciting place where young people thrive by:
- Facilitating young voices to influence change
- Enabling youth-led activities/opportunities/programmes/projects and spaces
- Developing youth leadership
